The only way is up

Tried to get an idea of where the first floor would be. The pictures are our attempt at this. The top of the pole being held up in the pictures is our estimation for the finished floor level of the first floor.

The window screens on the neighbours house are 1200 high. We estimate our finished floor level will be a little over halfway up those screens. While I think at ceiling height we will clear their roof, I don't think we will be able to place a window in to take advantage of the view. We will leave our final decision for this until the frame and first floor is up so we can see for sure but I'm not counting on it.
